Cassandra Monique Batie is a singer, songwriter, and actor from the United States. She is a specialist in R&B and soul. Alongside receiving a Grammy Award and Golden Globe Award she's also up for nomination as the winner of an Academy Award. Andra Days is a ferocious singer who can also write beautifully. In addition, she is a master of retro R&B, her musical origins are in blues and gospel jazz. Her debut album, Cheers to the fall (2015) she broke in to the Top Ten R&B/hip hop charts as well as securing a few Grammy acknowledgements. In 2017, her contribution to Marshall's music was recognized with an Academy Award. After growing up within San Diego and surrounding areas She began singing in the church and was enrolled into the School of Creative and Performing Arts. Her focus changed on the contemporary R&B to pop after graduating and was later again drawn to soul and jazz singers she listened to as a child. Kai Millard Morris recorded a show of Day, and later gave her husband Stevie Wonder some of Day's music. This, in turn, led to the Motown legend connected Day with music industry veteran Adrian Gurvitz. Day was a part of Gurvitz's Buskin label as well as Jeffrey Evans' Buskin record company, gained a cult popularity on YouTube, and was signed with Warner Bros. in 2012. Day then released her debut single Forever Mine. The song quickly picked up and played in radio stations by a variety of DJs. She then was signed to Warner Bros. Records. Adrian Gurvitz recorded her debut album, Cheers in the fall of. The song "Rise Up" became a global anthem in social justice movements. The album won two times for Grammys. This included Best R&B Album. The United States against Billie Holiday is a conceptual recording about the famous jazz musician. It came out by Day in the year. Also, she appeared in The United States vs. Billie Holiday, a film on Holiday. Andi matichak (born 25th August 1970) is an American actor. She started her career on TV series like Orange Is the New Black and 666 Park Avenue and Blue Bloods. Her film debut was in the role of Allyson in the horror series Halloween. Andi is an American actress born in Framingham on 3rd May, 1994.
