Alexandra Cooper was a daughter born to Bryan Cooper and Laurie Cooper on August 21, 1995 in Newtown Pennsylvania. Her father was a hockey player in the University of Wisconsin. Cooper's athletic ability was recognized by coaches at Boston University, who offered her a sports scholarship. Cooper received a sports scholarship by Boston University and accepted it. She was a member of the Division-1 Women's Soccer team during her time at Boston University during her four years of study. Cooper also played as co-captain in her senior season. Cooper helped her team win four M.C.T. In all four years Cooper was a Prep-A winner and the M.C.T. Her junior and senior year awards comprised of All-Prep, All-Area and All-Prep 1st Team. Cooper also excelled in different areas too. While in school Cooper developed an interest in the field of journalism as well as entertainment. After that, she realized this is the path she was looking for. Following her graduation of Boston University, she earned an honors-graded degree in Film and Television.
